As these services are intangible and tailored to client requirements, they are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Cancellation Policy

- Customers can request cancellation before the project or service has started
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or official communication

- Once the project or service has been initiated
- After delivery of any part of the service
- For customized or development-based services

Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
- If the service has not yet been started
- If Mark2fashion Tech is unable to deliver the service
- In case of duplicate or excess payment.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases

- Delay caused due to client’s lack of response or input
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial completion of services
- Completed digital services or delivered work
